MPP Jordan Members’ Statement – Lanark Leeds and Grenville HART Hub

This morning at Queen’s Park, MPP Jordan had the opportunity to rise in the House and highlight the efforts of Lanark, Leeds and Grenville Addictions and Mental Health, Lanark County Mental Health, Rideau Community Health Services, the Town of Smiths Falls and other community partners, working collaboratively to form the Lanark Leeds and Grenville HART Hub. The location in Smiths Falls opened in December.

The HART Hub brings together mental and primary health services, transitional housing and social supports, all under one roof. The HART Hub will bring meaningful and lasting benefits to Smiths Falls and surrounding communities, by creating a safe, welcoming space, where individuals can access supports, resources and compassionate care.
