This year’s Seniors Community Grant Program intake window is now open through Transfer Payment Ontario Network (TPON).
The Seniors Community Grant Program helps local not-for-profit community groups and organizations deliver projects, supports and resources that help older adults:
- Live Independently
- Live with Safety and Security
- Stay Connected to their Community
- Avoid Social Isolation
Grants can range from $1,000 to $25,000 and the deadline to apply is December 18th at 5pm EST.
