Seniors Community Grant Program Intake Opening

This year’s Seniors Community Grant Program intake window is now open through Transfer Payment Ontario Network (TPON).

The Seniors Community Grant Program helps local not-for-profit community groups and organizations deliver projects, supports and resources that help older adults:

• Live Independently
• Live with Safety and Security
• Stay Connected to their Community
• Avoid Social Isolation

Grants can range from $1,000 to $25,000 and the deadline to apply is December 18^th at 5pm EST.
